Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RAF Safety. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (therafsafety.com), procurement requests, quotations, purchases, and commercial interactions with RAF Safety and our parent entity, Takareer Trading Company.

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or executing a corporate purchase order (PO) with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Commercial Definitions

  • “Company” refers to RAF Safety and Takareer Trading Company, operating physical branches in Riyadh, Al Jubail, Jeddah, and Al Khamees Mushait.
  • “Client / Buyer” refers to any corporate procurement officer, safety manager, commercial contractor, or individual purchaser acquiring safety equipment or services from us.
  • “Products” refers to personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to leather gloves, welding gear, footwear, respirators, safety wear, and industrial accessories.

2. Wholesale Quotations & Pricing Validity

  • Pricing Currency: All wholesale and retail prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to the prevailing Provisional Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Quotation Lifespan: Due to international freight adjustments and raw material cost fluctuations (especially regarding raw factory materials for our proprietary leather gloves manufactured in Pakistan), formal pro-forma invoices and custom bulk quotes are valid for a strict period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
  • Typographical Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price online or on a stock manifest, the Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

3. Purchase Orders & Payment Terms

  • Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic inquiry or automated confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. RAF Safety reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock availability constraints at regional branches.
  • B2B Credit & Account Terms: Standard transactions require full payment prior to dispatch or upon branch collection via corporate bank transfer, cash, or credit/Mada card. Extended credit terms (e.g., Net 30/60 days) are subject to credit vetting and require an executed, legally binding Corporate Supply Agreement.
  • Delayed Payments: The Company reserves the right to suspend subsequent cargo deliveries or branch dispatches if account balances exceed agreed-upon credit durations.

4. Manufacturing Specifications & Certifications

  • Product Variations: While our RAF Safety branded leather working gloves are precision-cut under our strict quality-control protocols in Pakistan, natural variations in cow split leather grain, texture, and batch-dye pigmentation (such as variant shades of red, yellow, or orange leather accents) are inherent to manufacturing and do not constitute a defect.
  • Compliance: The Company certifies that products marked as compliant meet specific domestic and international benchmarks (such as SASO, CE markings, EN388 mechanical risk factors, or EN407 heat parameters). However, it remains the ultimate responsibility of the Client’s on-site Safety Officer or HSE Department to verify that a specific product meets the designated safety thresholds of their project site (e.g., Saudi Aramco or SABIC project protocols).

5. Shipping, Logistics & Risk Transfer

  • Fulfillment Timelines: Stock logistics timelines (e.g., same-day dispatch in Riyadh/Jubail or 2–5 business days for regional transit) are estimates. The Company is not liable for project delay penalties or operational losses stemming from freight blockages, customs clearances, or force majeure events.
  • Transfer of Risk: For bulk deliveries handled by third-party cargo or freight haulers, the risk of loss or accidental product damage transfers to the Buyer immediately upon delivery to the specified project layout site or corporate warehouse receiver.

6. Intellectual Property Right Protection

  • All technical schematics, digital artwork, logo emblems, brand taglines, website code architectures, copy assets, and product mockups hosted on therafsafety.com are the exclusive property of RAF Safety / Takareer Trading Company. Unsanctioned reproduction or scraping of technical catalogs for competitor use is strictly illegal.

7. Limitation of Industrial Liability

  • RAF Safety supplies personal protective equipment engineered to reduce risk factors on industrial work floors. However, the Company does not guarantee the prevention of all hazards.
  • RAF Safety/Takareer Trading shall not be held liable for workplace injuries, physical accidents, equipment misuse, or consequential financial losses incurred by the Client resulting from improper selection, storage, modifications, or deployment of safety gear.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted, governed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the commercial laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Any legal disputes, contract breaches, or claims arising from commercial dealings that cannot be resolved via mutual corporate mediation shall be formally deferred to the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
