If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help clear up the return and exchange process.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- Standard Stock Items: We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery or physical branch collection for all standard, uncustomized items.
- Bulk & Contract Orders: Bulk commercial orders and contract procurement agreements are subject to the specific terms outlined in your signed commercial invoice or supply agreement.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund, items must meet the following strict safety and quality criteria:
- The items must be completely unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Items must remain in their original factory packaging (e.g., unopened boxes of 120 pairs of leather gloves, intact bundles of knitted gloves, or sealed respirator packaging).
- For safety and hygiene regulations in industrial environments, any personal protective equipment (such as respirators, earplugs, or inner-wear) that has been unsealed cannot be returned unless a structural manufacturing defect is proven.
- You must provide the original tax invoice, delivery note, or proof of purchase issued by RAF Safety / Takareer Trading.
3. Manufacturing Defects & Factory-Direct Warranty
As a manufacturer and trusted distributor, we take product quality seriously.
- If you receive a batch of products with clear manufacturing defects (e.g., sub-standard stitching on leather gloves, structural defects in helmets, or weight non-compliance), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Defective items will be inspected by our quality control team and, if verified, will be replaced immediately at zero additional cost to you, or a full credit note/refund will be issued.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized Goods: Workwear, high-visibility vests, or coveralls that have been customized with your company’s custom branding, logos, or specific color embroidery.
- Special Sourcing: Specialized PPE or high-hazard equipment explicitly sourced from international manufacturers at your company’s request.
- Items damaged due to improper on-site storage, exposure to elements, or workplace misuse.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at one of our primary branches (Riyadh or Al Jubail), we will send you an email or official communication to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back via the original method of payment.
- Corporate Bank Transfers: For B2B corporate transactions paid via bank transfer, the refund will be processed back to the originating corporate bank account within 7 to 14 business days.
- Credit Notes: Industrial clients may opt for a company Credit Note, which can be immediately applied to future bulk stock orders or outstanding corporate balances.
6. Return Shipping & Logistics
- Customer Responsibility: For standard returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing selection by the procurement officer, the buyer is responsible for arranging transport or shipping costs back to the designated RAF Safety branch.
- RAF Safety Responsibility: If the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part (e.g., shipping the incorrect glove variant or weight grade) or a confirmed manufacturing defect, RAF Safety will manage and cover all logistics and replacement transit costs.
7. Branch Drop-Offs
If your project is located near our regional hubs, items can be returned directly to our physical walk-in branches during standard business hours, provided the return has been coordinated with your account manager or our customer support team:
- Riyadh Head Office: Mashael District, Qasir Street.
- Al Jubail Branch: Eastern Province Industrial Area.
