Shipping Policy

At RAF Safety (operated by Takareer Trading Company), we understand that timely delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE) is critical to maintaining safety compliance and operational continuity on your project sites. We offer reliable, efficient shipping and bulk freight logistics throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Please review our shipping protocols and terms below to understand how your cargo is handled, dispatched, and delivered.

1. Regional Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Our delivery timelines depend on product availability, stock locations, and your destination zone within KSA.

A. Central & Eastern Provinces (Riyadh & Al Jubail Hubs)

  • Standard Stock Items: Same-day dispatch or 24 to 48-hour delivery for orders placed before our daily cutoff time.
  • Bulk Industrial Supply: 1 to 3 business days for local pallet delivery via our corporate freight network.

B. Western & Southern Regions (Jeddah & Khamis Mushait Hubs)

  • Standard Stock Items: 2 to 5 business days transit time from our closest regional warehouse.
  • Bulk Cargo: 3 to 7 business days depending on heavy-vehicle transport schedules.

C. Custom Factory Orders (Made in Pakistan Production)

  • For massive wholesale orders or customized safety garments (e.g., embroidered high-visibility vests or bespoke leather working glove variations branded with your corporate logo) manufactured at our quality-controlled production facility in Pakistan, shipping timelines will be custom-quoted. These typically range from 15 to 30 calendar days, accounting for factory assembly, international sea/air freight, and KSA customs clearance.

2. Order Cutoff Times & Processing

  • Daily Cutoff: Orders verified and paid for before 1:00 PM (Saudi Arabian Standard Time) from Saturday to Thursday will be processed and dispatched to our logistics network on the same business day.
  • Weekend Processing: Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Thursday or anytime on Friday will be prioritized for dispatch on Saturday morning.

3. Shipping Rates & Heavy-Freight Structures

  • B2B Bulk Orders: Wholesale cargo volume configurations exceeding a designated contract baseline may qualify for Complimentary Freight Delivery straight to your commercial site or corporate warehouse layout in major industrial zones (such as Yanbu, Jubail Industrial City, or Riyadh Industrial Estates).
  • Standard Shipments: For smaller LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) or retail packages, shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on cargo weight, crate dimensions, and the precise regional delivery matrix. These charges will be clearly displayed on your pro-forma invoice.

4. Self-Collection at Physical Branches (Click & Collect)

If your operations team or project layout sits near our commercial physical branches, you can opt to bypass shipping fees entirely by selecting Branch Pickup during checkout or when executing your Purchase Order (PO).

  • How it works: Once your order is packed and verified by our warehouse team, your account manager will issue a Digital Ready-to-Collect Voucher via email or WhatsApp.
  • Collection Locations: * Riyadh Head Office: Mashael District, Qasir Street.
    • Al Jubail Branch: Eastern Province Industrial Area.
    • Regional Hubs: Jeddah and Al Khamees Mushait.
  • Requirements: Your site driver or logistics receiver must present the Original Invoice Number, Delivery Note, or Corporate Authorization Stamp upon collection.

5. Delivery Tracking & Site Access Requirements

  • Shipment Tracking: Once your commercial cargo departs our warehouse gate, a tracking link or the dispatch driver’s direct contact profile will be coordinated with your procurement representative.
  • Site Access & Unloading: For bulk pallet distribution, the Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the destination layout allows heavy-vehicle access (e.g., 5-ton or 10-ton flatbed trucks) and providing necessary unloading gear (such as a forklift or site laborers) unless specialized crane/tailgate delivery was explicitly requested and billed on your pro-forma invoice.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If our logistical team arrives at your designated site but cannot offload due to blocked access, lack of authorization, or absent receiving personnel, a secondary delivery surcharge may apply to cover fuel and driver delay penalties.

6. Damaged or Discrepant Cargo in Transit

We inspect all product packaging—whether it’s sealed cartons of 120 pairs of A-grade leather gloves or crates of Top King nitrile coated gloves—before they cross our loading docks.

  • Reporting Window: Upon receiving the cargo, your warehouse manager must crosscheck the shipment counts against the physical delivery note. Any visual damage to boxes or quantity shortages must be noted directly on the driver’s manifest and reported to our customer service line within 24 hours.
  • Remediation: Verified shipping errors or transit damages will be expedited for immediate cross-shipment or replacement dispatch at zero additional cost to your company.
